With over 15 years of experience leading Digital Client Experience products and functions, UX strategy, product teams, and Employee Experience programs, I have been a pioneer in delivering results-focused digital transformation and experience design. I most recently served as the Global Head of Digital CX on Mercer's Digital Leadership team reporting to the CDO. As a member of the senior team, I shaped the company's global digital CX strategy, driving client attraction, retention, and expansion for the $4.6B business with 25,000 employees.
Outside of work, I’m a triathlete, saxophonist, student of restoration ecology, and - most important- a single parent to an amazing daughter.
